I am a visionary educator, curriculum specialist, and founder of Brownicity. With over two decades of experience in education, curriculum design, anti-racism education, and global equity initiatives, I help organizations and communities foster belonging, dismantle bias, and build sustainable cultural competence. My work spans across sectors—from developing retention-boosting multicultural learning communities in higher ed, to consulting internationally with teacher education institutions, to equipping families and educators through creative content like 'Hues of You' and 'What LIES Between Us.'
