Reaching out for help takes strength and courage. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment for those working toward a life of positive growth and change. I utilize a variety of methods, such as, EMDR, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am passionate about working through an empathetic lens in order to tailor each person’s treatment to their own unique needs.
