I've been in private practice since 2004 specializing in Trauma and Eating Disorders. Through my own personal struggle with and eating disorder and having worked professionally in this field, I developed my own program that helps women ditch the diet mentality, learn mindfulness and self love in order to love their body shape in a sustainable and healthy way. Denver Family Counseling Services is dedicated to coming along side those in their struggle and facilitating the healing process.
