I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Art Therapist, who leverages curiosity, empathy, and creativity to help women and girls cultivate greater meaning, satisfaction and self-compassion in their lives. I guide my clients to enhance coping with painful experiences, cultivate more empowering beliefs, develop greater self understanding, feel connected to their bodies, and make decisions guided by their intuition and aligned with their values. My approach is integrative and strength-based, weaving art therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hakomi (somatic mindfulness-assisted self inquiry), with inspiration from Ayurveda and yoga, to holistically client's self-discovery and growth across mind, body and spirit.
