Leandro Gentini is an Argentine-born meat expert and the world’s first International Meat Sommelier and Wagyu Master. Raised in a country renowned for its rich beef culture, he developed a passion for learning more about the process and experience of meat selection. After completing the Institute of Meat Sciences and Trades program at Buenos Aires University and spending years in Japan mastering the art of Wagyu, he shares deep insights on the industry from multiple cultural perspectives.
