I help women make sense of who they are in the middle of big life changes—whether that’s becoming a parent, grieving a loss, untangling from burnout, or navigating identity shifts. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and nervous system awareness. I also offer space for clients who want to explore how their faith or spirituality intersects with their mental health, including supporting clients who are navigating church hurt or spiritual abuse.
