My greatest strength is my ability to work effectively with other members of the team. As a doer, I enjoy tackling problems by breaking them down, investigating and listening to other stakeholders to work together to find creative solutions. I am detailed and I approach my work with the understanding of how my decisions, and actions, affect the organization as a whole. Connecting with people is my passion and basis for my leadership style. I enjoy interacting with all teams within the organization to find ways to create a stronger team.
