Larry Hirschfield

Larry Hirschfield is the founder and sole owner of ELH Mgmt., a New York City–based firm specializing in affordable housing development, property management, and general contracting. With decades of experience rehabilitating distressed properties and developing new affordable housing, Hirschfield has played an important role in stabilizing and revitalizing neighborhoods across the city. Hirschfield began his professional journey in an entirely different field—as a percussionist. He recorded in studios and toured with the New York City Opera and Broadway’s Les Misérables.
