Kylie Woodman Falcione, MA is a PhD candidate in Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara, doing research in Media Neuroscience. An interdisciplinary researcher trained at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and communication, she investigates the behavioral and neurobiological mechanisms behind problematic media use, specifically focusing on gaming disorder, problematic phone use, and how digital media shapes developing minds from early childhood through young adulthood.
