I am a experienced psychological clinician with a core training in cognitive behavioural therapy. I have also undertaken further training in dialectical behavioural therapy, compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy . I also have extensive training in DBT and this has enabled me to develop and facilitate a new program for service users to access a DBT skills informed program for inpatients and outpatients.
