I'm Kevin Fox, an ISA-Certified Arborist (certified since 1978) and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) professional with over 40 years of experience in arboriculture. As lead arborist at Grove Tree Care, serving the greater Portland south metro area, I've worked across residential, commercial, and utility arboriculture, giving me a depth of experience that spans everything from high-risk removals to complex infrastructure clearance. For more than a decade I've also specialized in plant healthcare, diagnosing and treating tree disease, pest issues, and structural decline.
