Kathleen Wisemandle is a Leadership Coach, scientist, and former senior operational leader within the life sciences industry where she led teams for drug development for over 20 years. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with research focused on the overlooked experiences of high-achieving professional women with ADHD—women who often mask their challenges while excelling in demanding careers.
