I have a vision for a world where we all have the opportunity to succeed and contribute in a way that is meaningful. A world full of assistive technologies, accessible products and inclusive approaches to employment, education, shopping, and services in the health, financial and government sectors.I have championed accessibility primarily for digital services, but also in the area of workplace accommodations, since 2001. I am currently the Head of Accessibility Innovation at Fable, a leading accessibility company enabling the development of inclusive digital products. My focus is on helping large organizations practice innovative approaches to accessibility.I have been hearing disabled since birth and wear hearing aids in both ears.
