In the insurance business you have to be a people person, a trustworthy people person. After a few years in the business I can honestly say I enjoy every aspect of my career. There are challenges and road blocks at times but I wouldn't have chosen to jump from the captive insurance world into owning an Agency if I wasn't 100% committed. I love the insurance business and the ability to meet new people every day.
