Before launching the magazine I spent two decades as a management consultant, living out of hotels for work - which taught me to judge a property fast and fairly. I'm a certified Rescue Diver with 1,500+ logged dives and 30+ liveaboard trips worldwide, including 10 to Raja Ampat and 6 in the Maldives, plus the Galapagos, Red Sea, Cocos Island, Sea of Cortez and Tubbataha.
