My journey to becoming a leader in the staffing industry started during my college years when I worked in Morgan Stanley’s contact center. Charged with answering calls from their clients, I came to realize how impactful the part-time entry-level work of a student could be to the overall success of a global organization. The way I represented the company on a call could result in gains—or losses—of thousands to millions in investments. In the following years, I completed an MBA and worked my way up as a finance and accounting leader for some of the largest corporations—including COCA-COLA, XPO LOGISTICS (Segmentz), and HOVNANIAN ENTERPRISES—and also ran my own entrepreneurial accounting consulting firm, TRUE LEDGERS.
