John is President, Co-Owner, Senior Consultant, and ToP(C) Trainer with ICA Associates Inc. Since 1992, John has accumulated a considerable range of experience: from grass-roots community development to consulting in the private sector; from information technology to religious organizations. His educational background gives him the ability to understand the changing landscape of decision-making from command-and-control to leading-edge teamwork.
