For seven years, I lived on less than $12,000 and spent all my time trying to understand who I was. I studied dozens of different modalities and tried every tool I could find, from 2-000 year old spiritual texts to modern neurology to different schools of psychology. I spent thousands of hours running different experiments where I could have the direct experience of what I was reading about.
