I have found that my passion for people and strategic solutions fits perfectly in the world of HR. In all of my roles prior to Recruiting and Human Resources, I found myself naturally gravitating towards finding, hiring and developing talent. I enjoy the challenge of truly understanding a client's need. Sourcing great people and introducing them to great opportunities fills my cup. It just so happens that when you enjoy what you do, you're pretty darn good at it.
