Coming up on 30 years in real estate and finance, I merely feel old, but don't really look it. As we're all a composite of our experiences, I try to knit together that experience via stream of consciousness to relate this human experience we all have to real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. Much about life is straightforward, yet much of the memorable things tend to be counterintuitive and just a bit outside our comfort zone.
