My journey into fitness began when it was first introduced to me in military school, transforming my life and leading me to Western University, where I earned a degree in Kinesiology, and competed as a Varsity Track and Field athlete.After founding Fit from Home, an exclusive personal training service, I discovered my passion for group fitness and launched Fit Factory Fitness. Since opening our first studio in downtown Toronto in 2014, Fit Factory has been recognized as Toronto’s Best Boot Camp, Best Fitness Club, and Best Gym.
