I have more than 6 years of experience in the HR sphere, 3+ of them in IT.I started as an HR generalist and built an HR management system for a bureau with 250 employees. Then I joined one of the biggest IT engineering company in Ukraine and continued my career path as a People Partner for practice with more than 900 talents. I believe that communication and invisible threads between people are essential especially nowadays in the HR sphere. And drawing parallels between my hobby - crocheting handbags, I am convinced that the right hooks, materials, and skill to connect one loop with another creates strong connections between people and brings visible and quality results for the business.
