I have more than 25 years of experience building and leading cybersecurity companies. For almost 20 years I scaled ESET commercial and product operations, first in Latin America and then globally, reaching more than USD 700 million in annual billings. Since 2023, I am working as an advisor and "co-founder as service" with European, Latin American and African startups and scaleups covering various cybersecurity domains. I regularly write a Substack about Cybersecurity & Business where I share unique research and perspectives on various topics, and I host a podcast - Scaling Cyber - where I interview cybersecurity founders, CISOs, investors, industry analysts and builders.
