Hi, I’m Holly Nelson, a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and trauma-informed sex therapist (in progress) based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I’m the founder of The Connection Couch, where I help individuals and couples heal their relationship with sex and rebuild intimacy that feels safe, connected, and pleasurable. My work focuses on the intersection of sexual concerns and trauma, whether that’s painful sex, performance anxiety, low desire, sexual shame, or the aftermath of sexual trauma.
