As an HRBP I work to drive employee development, diversity and belonging, and workforce design. In my role, I serve as a trusted internal advisor to the business on all aspects related to talent management in a high-touch, matrixed corporate environment. In my role, I analyze and present a wide variety of people data and partner with leaders to take action and improve results. I address and navigate complex employee relations matters, while performing root cause analysis, mitigating risk, and developing plans that support positive outcomes in line with company values.
