I'm Gregory Kalinin, co-founder of Holistic Roasters (biodynamic.coffee). We source Demeter Certified Biodynamic and regeneratively grown coffees from family-owned farms in Honduras and Peru, roast in-house, and publish third-party lab certificates for every harvest — Actlabs (ISO 17025–accredited mycotoxin panel) and Eurofins (heavy metals and microbiology).
