Over my 25 years of experience working in higher ed from both the faculty and administrative side, I’ve brought ideas to the table while cultivating creative talent to raise the institution’s profile. As an expert in alumni, admissions, and advancement communications, I’ve led efforts to refresh and rebrand major academic institutions and their publications, while enlivening the conversation surrounding their research and supporting their strategic goals in an innovative way.I’ve taught creative writing, magazine article writing, and editing, and I currently serve as the director of communications in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida.
