George Farag is a former United States diplomat and consular officer who adjudicating thousands of visa applications. Over two decades of service, he has worked with U.S. embassies to modernize consular systems under conditions of conflict and institutional strain. Most recently he led regional efforts to adapt consular operations to the Department of State’s urgent priorities for American citizen services and immigrant visa adjudication during the conflict in the Middle East. He now leads an advisory firm supporting U.S. government partners on digital consular transformation.
