Erin Gallagher's career began at a restaurant on Rush Street in Chicago, when a customer admired the necklace Erin had made and bought it off her neck on the spot. Trunk shows at Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue followed, then a Women's Wear Daily feature that brought a call from the Nordstrom buyer. Her collections went on to Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Barneys New York, she opened three retail stores in Chicago, and her jewelry appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, Lucky, and O, The Oprah Magazine, earning Best Jewelry Store in Chicago five years in a row. When her sons were born, Erin stepped away from wholesale and moved her family to Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
