Ellyn Cochran

Ellyn Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Care for Children, leads the organization’s work to ensure Georgia’s families and child care providers have the knowledge and resources to nurture and educate infants and young children. Additionally, she serves on local, state, and national leadership teams advancing early childhood education and family support systems in Georgia.
