Elizabeth Banks is a counsellor, speaker and advocate based in West Gippsland, Victoria. She is the founder and Director of The Village Health, a trauma-informed counselling and allied health practice. Elizabeth's clinical approach draws on ACT, EMDR and schema-informed therapy. She works across private, NDIS and agency-funded care, and coordinates closely with schools, GPs, paediatricians and specialist services to support families navigating complex trauma, family violence and mental health challenges. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her advocacy.
