Edith Onderick-Harvey is NextBridge’s managing partner. She is a widely recognized consultant, speaker, and author. Edith partners with clients at key business pivots – strategy shifts, market changes, rapid growth, post M&A –to build the organizations, cultures, and leadership teams they need for strategy to become reality. Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide range of industries including energy, tech, life sciences, entertainment, and financial services.
