Ebony James

Ebony James is the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlast, an AI-native recruiting operating system built in Barcelona. She spent 17 years owning hiring outcomes at some of Europe's fastest-growing companies, including Facebook, Instagram, N26, Glovo, and Tier, before founding Atlast to fix the coordination failures she saw in every one of them. She holds an MA in Management and Leadership and works with early-stage founders on building their people function.
