Dr. Sarah Saska is a sociotechnologist and entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology, culture, and power. As Co-Founder and CEO of Feminuity, she has advised more than 200 organizations across 20 countries on building products, systems, and workplaces that actually serve the people they're meant to. Her doctoral research was among the first to name how bias and harm are hard-coded into emerging technologies, not only through design, but through who gets to build them in the first place. She has held advisory roles with the Harvard Business Review and NASA, contributed to landmark studies on equity, innovation, and the future of work, and been named to Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women three times.
