Dr. Christopher J. Heinrich began his career working as a technical writer formulating policies for a government contract. As the only individual in this role, he worked with a variety of military and non-military subject matter experts to craft and revise some of the nation's utmost important documents. To learn and grow in his career, he ventured into the private sector to work for a national airline where he supervised a team of technical writers. Here, he had the opportunity to teach his craft and grow his team due to the fast-paced environment that the industry demanded.
