Dr Ilia Kolochenko PhD

Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is a Swiss cybersecurity and cybercrime investigation expert, privacy law specialist and a lawyer admitted to the DC Bar in Washington, DC. He started his career as a cybersecurity professional and has over 15 years of practice in information security auditing and digital forensics. Dr. Kolochenko is a Fellow (FBCS) at the British Computer Society (BCS) and a Fellow at the European Law Institute (ELI). He is also is Vice-Chair of the Information Security Committee at the American Bar Association (ABA). As a lawyer, his legal practice is focused on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy law.
