Dr. Alexander Eastman is a trauma surgeon and emergency medical services physician based in Dallas, where he continues to split his time between caring for patients, supporting first responders, and working on public-safety initiatives. He serves as Chief Medical Officer for the Dallas Police Department and holds the rank of Lieutenant, providing medical guidance for officers in the field and helping shape how the department responds to high-risk situations.
