Dianne M. Austin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Coils to Locs, the first mass distributor of highly textured synthetic wigs designed for 3C-4C curl patterns in medical settings. Founded alongside her sister and COO Pamela Shaddock, Coils to Locs is a Boston based social impact company currently partnering with 27+ hospitals and medical facilities across the country to close the health equity gap for Black and multicultural patients experiencing medical hair loss.
