This is how a typical engagement goes with me. First, we meet with you and your crew. You share what's going on with your business, what the challenges are, what's driving them, what you are willing to do about it, and what you would like help with. We listen and take notes. Sometimes we interrupt for clarification on something we may hear. Then, we go away. Shortly thereafter, we will return to reflect back to you what we heard for your validation.
