My aim is to educate and inspire hospitality professionals at all levels to adopt forward-thinking approaches. Lastly, through my work with the Hospitality Innovation Hub Incubator at New York University, I actively mentor emerging entrepreneurs and support them on their journey to innovate and succeed in a fast-evolving industry.
