I am the Managing Partner of Fractional Buyers Group, where I focus on operations — sourcing deals, structuring acquisitions, and coordinating exits. Our mission is simple but powerful: to help people who, for one reason or another, don’t have access to the significant equity that is tied up in their homes. Many of these properties are owned by multiple heirs or complicated by title issues that make it impossible for families to sell or access their value. We step in to resolve those barriers, unlock that trapped capital, and create paths to fair exits.
