I started Parksy in 2011 because I was sick of circling my own street looking for a park while driveways sat empty all day. Fifteen years later it's a peer-to-peer parking marketplace with around 128,000 members and 74,000 listings across 57 countries, still bootstrapped, still no outside investors. The unusual part is how it's built. I don't have an engineering team. I run the platform with AI coding agents and automation. I migrated a 13-year-old codebase from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11 myself, built a pipeline that calls ten different LLMs to cross-check and validate listing data, shipped over 100,000 programmatic pages, and have 40-plus automations running quietly in the background.
