Dalton Brister

I am a Maintenance Team Manager at Eastman Pace Operations. I lead a team of maintenance mechanics and I/E technicians. My focus is on team safety, achieving operational KPIs, and building a culture of continuous improvement. I hold a B.S. in Business Management and an A.A.S. in instrumentation technology, and I am currently pursuing my M.B.A. at the University of West Florida.
