I am an independent AI governance researcher and founder of Studio 11. I maintain PRML (Pre-Registered ML Manifest), an open specification for tamper-evident reproducibility manifests in machine learning evaluations, released under CC BY 4.0 with reference implementations in Python, JavaScript, Go, and Rust. My work focuses on how the EU AI Act's transparency and logging obligations (Articles 12, 15, 50) can be met with vendor-neutral open primitives rather than closed certification stacks.
