As a licensed therapist with over 15 years in practice, I help queer and transgender individuals who struggling with eating disorders, body image, OCD and trauma. Using creative and experiential approaches like art therapy and Internal Family Systems, I help clients understand the conflicting feels in their inner worlds. I am especially passionate about helping queer and transgender individuals heal their relationship with food while building the confidence to live life on their own terms.
