I'm Chris Edwards, co-founder and Head of Installs at Right This Way Flooring in Boulder, Colorado. My path into flooring wasn't a straight line. I started my career in FP&A, studying marketing and finance in college, then spending years in spreadsheets at companies like Zayo Group. I was good at the work. But I knew I didn't want to stay on the corporate track forever. In October 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, I quit my job at Deloitte to go find a small business to buy.
