Charlie Mitchell is the founder of Maroon House, an urban ministry collective focused on soul care, coaching, and community for leaders in city-centered ministry. As a Teaching Pastor in Southwest Florida and the SWFL Catalyst for Church United, Charlie brings over 20 years of urban ministry experience across Baltimore, Camden NJ, and Southwest Florida. He holds an MA in Church Planting from Capital Seminary and is a Certified Primal Question Coach and City to City Certified Church Planter Coach.
