I have 24 years of experience as a coach, trainer , supervisor and manager. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential. I am an experienced Human Resources Manager, have my CHRL certification and am a trained Mediator. I enjoy coaching individuals in developing new skills and enhancing their own professional development. I am also skilled in mediation, workplace investigations, presenting to large and small groups and enjoying training employees in area of communication, conflict resolution, leadership skills and team building.
