Carol Hetman is the executive vice president and CFO of Cleveland-based Telos Alliance, where she oversees the financial, legal, personnel and accounting activities of all the worldwide Telos divisions. Since she joined the company in 1996, Hetman has helped Telos dramatically increase its international presence and grow staff from 20 to 150+ employees. She has been instrumental in increasing the Telos Alliance’s revenues more than four-fold.
