My work centers on evaluating performance, identifying opportunities, and defining what to prioritize next, whether that’s content, structure, functionality, or user experience. I work across the full lifecycle of website growth, from early-stage strategy through execution and ongoing improvement. That includes defining information architecture, mapping content to user intent, shaping user journeys, and developing wireframes and design direction, then staying involved through implementation, measurement, and iteration.
